No. You book on this website and confirm your number with a one-time code. After that, this phone stays signed in, so your next booking doesn't need a code.

Yes. Enter the patient's name and age while booking, and use your own mobile number. Send them the token link on WhatsApp so they can follow the queue too.

It's your place in the doctor's queue for that session. Your token page shows who the doctor is seeing now and how many people are before you.

Keep your token page open. It tells you when there's time yet, when to head to the clinic, and when it's your turn.

It comes from the clinic's own queue and updates each time the doctor calls a token. Emergencies can jump the line, so treat it as a close estimate.

Open your token page to change the time or cancel, where the clinic allows it. If you arrive after your turn, the front desk can put you back in the queue.

Search WhatsApp for “visitqless” to find the message with your link. Or open Track your token and type the code from the end of the link. If you can't find either, call the clinic.

Only the clinic you book with. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. The privacy policy has the full detail.
