Terms of service

The rules for using VisitQless, for patients and clinics. Last updated 2 September 2026.

What VisitQless is

VisitQless is queue infrastructure. We let a clinic publish its booking link, issue tokens, and show patients their live position in the queue. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not give medical advice, and we do not intermediate the relationship between you and your doctor.

Your appointment is with the clinic. The clinic sets its own consulting hours, fees and policies.

For patients

A token reserves your place in the queue. It is not a guaranteed appointment time — clinics run late, and emergencies take priority.
Book with accurate details. A booking made with someone else's name or number may be cancelled by the clinic.
Cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you cannot make it, so the slot returns to the pool for another patient.
Consultation fees are paid to the clinic. Unless stated otherwise at booking, VisitQless does not collect them.
Your tracking link is private. Anyone holding it can view, reschedule or cancel that booking.

For clinics

You are responsible for keeping the queue current — checking patients in, and closing tokens as consultations finish. Patients rely on this to decide when to leave home.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing: doctor names, qualifications, specialties, consulting hours and fees.
You are the data fiduciary for your patients' records. You must have a lawful basis for collecting them and must handle them in line with applicable law.
Plans are priced by the patients you see each month. The plan price is billed monthly or yearly in advance, patients past your plan's allowance are billed on the next invoice at your plan's rate, and 18% GST is added to every invoice. WhatsApp messages to patients are included; there is no separate message bill.
A visit counts once when the patient is checked in or seen. No-shows and cancelled bookings never count.
If a bill stays unpaid, online booking from patient discovery pauses after 7 days and your account becomes read-only after 21 days, with your data still available to export.
You may cancel at any time. Your service continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-periods.

Discovery listings

Every clinic on every plan is listed and bookable in patient discovery. Clinics are ordered by distance, availability and reviews; no placement is sold. We do not accept payment to remove or downrank a competing clinic.

Acceptable use

Do not book tokens you do not intend to use, or make bulk bookings to block a clinic's queue.
Do not scrape, resell or republish clinic listings.
Do not attempt to access bookings that are not yours.
We may suspend an account or a clinic that breaches these terms.

Availability

We work to keep VisitQless available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Clinics should keep a fallback (a paper register or a phone line) for the rare occasion when the service is unreachable.

Liability

VisitQless is not liable for the medical care you receive, for a clinic running behind schedule, or for a visit you miss. Our liability to a clinic in any dispute is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
